GDS HANDBOOK
The Government Department Strategies Handbook – He Puna Rautaki, includes a list of all 148 GDSs in operation as at 31 December 2018. The Handbook provides the public and private sectors, as well as New Zealand citizens, with a window into the workings of government. The purpose of the Institute’s GDS research is to put a spotlight on government department strategies.

The Handbook's design is bold, clean and simple, with a spiral binding for easy flick through access. A GDS scorecard was designed in conjunction with the handbook as an assessment scheme.

Project design managed as the lead designer at the McGuinness Institute.
